This company is difficult to work with. Their owner/manager has a "world is out to get you so get them first" attitude and will take unlawful steps instead of trying to work with you. They refused to give back the items that were dropped off until they were paid for, which is fair, but they also refused to provide a cost or invoice more than a week after the work was done.
