After severe wind and storm damage destroyed my garage roof and caused partial roof and fence damage to my home, Lavell stepped in and immediately put my mind at ease. He was honest, extremely reassuring, and hard-working throughout the entire process. Once Lavell was assigned to my claim, he quickly coordinated the necessary approvals and kept everything moving smoothly. We had an excellent experience with BMS. They were quick to respond after our master bath flooded (3 floors). Tony walked us through the entire process and expertly worked with our insurance company. His calm and transparency guided us through an extremely stressful time. Richard and the entire the entire remediation crew were wonderful. They were quick, yet thorough... and also very pleasant. The BMS CAT did an amazing job mitigating the damage caused by the shutoff valve to our first floor bathroom sink failed during the night and flood half of the first floor.
