My job was through insurance and Legacy was a contractor for the ins company. I went with them because it was a relatively simple job. The bathroom floor had to be replaced, and I warned them that the floor was not level so that would need to be dealt with when laying a new floor. Apparently that went unheard because the flooring guy came out and installed the floor without addressing the unlevel subfloor. There were numerous voids under the floor right up against the tub so the caulking cracked immediately. I found out they sub out their flooring work. They sent the same guy back out who caulked it again and put down a little bit of maybe some adhesive to try and fill the voids under the floor but of course they failed. After my sump pump failed and my basement was flooded, a friend recommended this company. They were at my house within 90 minutes, got all the water removed the same day, removed the carpet pad, set up eight blowers and a large dehumidifier to dry out the carpeting, and attended to the wallboard which was wet but didn’t have to be replaced. Then they continued to monitor the situation over 4-6 days. The team was wonderful to work with, very thoughtful and respectful, and kept me informed the whole way. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Worst service I've ever experienced. We had an ice dam in March. Several of our walls and ceiling tiles were pulled out for water mitigation. Legacy came out to do the rebuild and said it would take about 4-6 weeks. They didn't show up to do the work until September. So we had no walls/insulation in parts of our house for six months. When they did show up, they didn't have the right equipment and the guys who came out didn't even know what they were supposed to do. So we had to wait a couple more weeks to actually get anything done. Then the full process that should have taken a few days max took them another two weeks to complete. They were contacted by insurance, and made a big show when they first came out. How everything would be so quick and easy, here's my business card, call me with questions. Lied to me about how long it would take, didn't come for their equipment for almost a week, damaged my walls and floor more than the water from the broken pipe, lied about the length and ease of the whole process, and will not answer or return calls. Told me the whole thing is so simple, and quick. Takes a few hours, tops. It was almost four weeks before someone came out to get measurements for an estimate for reconstruction. After obtaining measurements, waited another 3 days to submit to my insurance. Told me it would be *at least* eight weeks before they would come back for reconstruction. Once approved by

Poor and unprofessional communication. It took Legacy 3 months to do the job. They give a start date and dont show up, when I call to find out why, they never answer the phone, I sent an email it takes them a day or so to respond and very rude 😤 . Worst they replaced my basement carpet with a low quality carpet than the one that was there previously.
