my garage door’s torsion spring broke after many years of use. i called a few garage door repair places, but b&n overhead doors was the only one able to send someone out within the hour. ruben showed up quickly, checked over the whole garage door system, and explained a few different repair options. i could have just replaced the broken spring, or go for a full upgrade and have the spring, rollers, cables, bearings, and drums replaced. since my door was pretty old and the new parts looked much better than the originals, i decided to do the full upgrade. even though the old cables weren’t worn out, i had those replaced too so everything would be fresh. the price was very fair and ruben had my garage door working smoothly again in less than an hour. he was super professional and really knew
