Jacob redeemed this company today by actually troubleshooting to address our problems root cause instead of blaming the alarm on routine maintenance. He got the part ordered for the long term fix, if Jacob shows up at your door you will be squared away.

So, so bad. Our house has had multiple plumbing issues and the warranty sends BNT every single time. All parts of BNT leave much to be desired. From their vehicles to their service team members, they need help. Since we've had so many plumbing issues, we've had multiple run ins with BNT. Each time, they have to come back. Their techs don't know what they're doing and the problems are never fixed on the first try. They leave messes behind, put handles back on backwards, things that worked before don't work after they leave. I could continue but just steer clear of BNT. You won't regret it.

Jonathon "JC" went above and beyond with our service today. He replaced two defective toilets in our new home and made sure we were completely happy with the job before he left. We are putting BNT on the top of our plumber list based on his great attitude and customer service.

Michael was fast, friendly, informative, and very patient while I asked a list of questions! He was having to fix a leak at a site that the previous owners did a poor job on and he did great! The work looks good, clean, and he explained everything to me when he was done. He even cleaned up after himself. Even covered head to toe in mud (my fault for attempting to fix it on my own and leaving a muddy hole🫣!), he still managed to be friendly and keep a smile on his face.
