French outdoors has been my go to for whenever an outstanding product and finish is needed. He’s done 2 additions on my personal home and several for customers and friends of mine. Can’t go wrong, you’ll be happy with the decision to hire him.

Outdoor Kitchen Chris French designed exactly what I had in mind for our outdoor kitchen. Chris communicated with me daily on the progress and times his team would be on site. I had several quotes for different contractors on this project. I went with another contractor because they presented an option with more square footage. Chris didn’t like that one bit. So he asked me if he could come out and see what the other team was offering. He said he could give me the same job and more. I told him I was comfortable with the other company and he said “Give me an opportunity to wow you.” And he most certainly did. It took some time due to material hiccups and employees getting sick from the high heat, but we got it done before my mother’s retirement party. Had a wonderful experience with French's Custom Outdoor Concepts. They had someone out within a day to give me a quote and sketch some design of a deck wanted built on the back of our house. Jon gave a different point of view and design than the other people that dropped off quotes. He outlined all the information that I needed to make a decision and wasn't trying to pressure me to make a decision before he left for the day. Chris French and his crew gave us a timeline as to when they would be coming out. They gave us a heads up about getting additional measurements before ordering anything. French’s Custom Outdoor Concepts is the best company I have had the pleasure of contracting. They built a 36’ x 12’ covered deck. They could purchase Trex for very little more than cedar, so I chose Trex. The cover design was gabled. Of all the bids I had, they were the only company to offer this style. Every step of the process was professional and fully explained so I knew what to expect and when. Before the final billing, Chris made sure I was completely satisfied. I asked for additional work and there was no hesitation. The crew was exceptionally skilled craftsmen.
