We are extremely pleased with the full remodel Boardwalk Builders did of our beach condo. From the initial prompt response received when we made the first inquiry to meeting each benchmark along the way - Boardwalk Builders hit every target without delay. Our place is part of a multilevel building with tight remodeling restrictions and were worried that whichever contractor we chose might take issue or not be able to work within the guidelines, but that didn't happen. Boardwalk Builders completed the entire job within the allowed window and made our beach getaway dream a reality! The experience of working with the incredible crew at Boardwalk Builders was nothing short of spectacular. From day one, everyone was extremely professional, punctual and kind. Through the entire process we had a great rapport figuring out small details together and making decisions that brought our kitchen ideas and imagination to a beautiful finish. And having a hands on project manger like the wonderful Freddie Mendez every step of the way was brilliant. He was available whenever we needed and that was the greatest comfort. Our initial contractor miscalculated our lot coverage and we did not have room for a legal shed. It took us awhile to figure out what to do. We contacted a number of different contractors and no one wanted to take on this smaller project. Once we contacted Boardwalk Builders - they were able to work with us and they made the process very easy and transparent. They have a great online tool that allows the client to keep in contact with the project manager. We are very pleased with the final product and would highly recommend Boardwalk Builders.

I had a relatively small water stain developing in my kitchen ceiling. The size of the leak made it difficult to identify, but Boardwalk Builders were meticulous about the investigation, ultimately determining the cause and getting it repaired. They were an absolute pleasure to work with - Kelsey was highly communicative, and Jason went as far as to disconnect my hoses for me when the weather got cold. I also really liked the transparency that BuilderTrend provided. Would highly recommend.

Everyone at Boardwalk Builders was friendly, efficient & extremely responsive. They LISTENED as I described my vision for my new kitchen & provided expert guidance as we drew up plans. They "held my hand" professionally throughout the selection of materials & performed installation with precision & care. What a pleasure it was to work with each & every staff member I encountered!
