Boatman Tile & Granite

We reached out to Boatman Tile & Granite last summer regarding a few smaller projects. We were told they were busy and that it might take some time to get on the schedule, which we completely understood. However, it has now been seven months, and the projects remain incomplete. We have followed up multiple times by both phone and email, and have not received any response. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. We understand that companies get busy, but timely communication and follow-through are important. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend their services.

Jeremy Boatman is the absolute best in the business! Boatman tile had to come out and completely redo another contractors MAJOR errors on flooring that we recently had installed. He had to come out and rip everything out and start over. Jeremy and his team at Boatman tile is the only way to go if you want good quality materials, honesty, and the best installation in the business!

Very nice working with the crew at Boatman Tile and granite. I really appreciated everyone's advice and suggestions. And the awesome quality of work that was done to the point that even Jeremy came out and finished up my backsplash. Just a quality job between my countertops and my backsplash!! love it! Went beyond my expectations!
