I was very impressed with the septic work performed at my property. Bob was professional, arrived on time, and took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. Bob sent out his best crew which is led by his son Bob Junior. They showed up to a really bad situation and systematically got it done. Bob Junior is unflappable, knowledgeable, and above all super polite. They worked through my problem and allowed me to gain knowledge to my system as well. This was a job that had 20 employees waiting to use the bathroom and they got it done quickly. There is no other emergency plumbing company for me, but Bob Mahoney, Plumbing and Excavating.

Bob & Bobby did an outstanding job on repairing my sewer lines ! They are very knowledgeable and very good at what they do ! They explain how they repaired the sewer line and advised me their work has a life time warranty ! I will call this company if I have any other plumbing issues !!

I honestly have no idea if they do good work because they wouldn't show up. I was told on 5 different days that they were coming to my house for my septic and all 5 days they no called no showed. When I called I was always assured they would come the next day.....then nothing. I've never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism and lack of work ethic.
