Bob's Appliance is fantastic! Rock star service! You cannot go wrong with Bob's. I am thoroughly impressed. Spoken by someone who has used many different appliance service providers across mulitple states for decades.

Thumbs up for Bob's. We had a squeaking transmission issue with our 10-month-old GE washing machine. GE sent Bob's to diagnose and fix it. It took a few tries, but thanks to Shea and Woody the washer is fixed and was covered under the warranty.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like people should know what they’re getting into with Bob’s Appliances. It has been about three months now of them going back and forth to our house trying to fix our washer. The first time they came out, they diagnosed the issue, claimed to have fixed it, and just days later the exact same problem came back. Since then, it has been the same repetitive cycle—every visit, they suddenly say it needs another new part. We are already out about $700, not including the cost of parts, and the washer is still not fixed. This has been an exhausting and expensive process with no results. I am very disappointed in the service we received and unfortunately cannot recommend Bob’s Appliances to anyone.

My dryer is under warranty, so when it broke, GE sent this awful company. The woman who answers the phone is very rude. The technician came and didn't know what was wrong, so he said he would order parts and hope they fixed it. After he left, we noticed he dented the top of the dryer. I called and the woman on the phone was very rude about it and said she would send a supervisor with when he came back. He came 10 days later with the parts and did fix the dryer, but denied denting it. He noticed 2 wires were disconnected and my husband told him they were for the buzzer, and disconnected them right after we got the dryer. He reconnected the wires without telling us. Horrible experience with this place!

I was in a jam trying to dispose of some oooold r22 canisters. Larimer County Landfill was pretty clueless. I called several auto shops and several ac companies.... No help. Talked to Bob's and they took care of it. Thanks Bob's !
