Arrived when they said they would. Mike quickly diagnosed my issue with my dryer and reattached the baffles. He also fixed another issue that I had with that dryer for years! Efficient, friendly, professional service. They also work on many other household appliances- better than replacing them for sure!

They showed up on time. Mike the repair Tech and his helper called to let me know they were on their way. They very quickly diagnosed my problem with my 2012 Kenmore dryer squealing was that it needed a set of front drum rollers. They also serviced the back rollers and cleaned it up. They had the parts on the truck and replaced it. They were in and out very quickly, and the utility room area was as clean or cleaner when they left. I Highly recommend them. Price as expected was Parts plus Labor. Very efficient and personable.

Do not use this company! They have no clue what they are doing. They charged me $100 to come out and tell me my 2-yr-old washer was broken beyond repair. Told me to just trash it and buy a new one. Luckily, I did not believe them as I could not fathom a washer would wear out in just 2 years. Turns out it was a plumbing issue with my drain causing the leak and the washer was totally fine. The plumbing repair was pricy, so thankfully I did not throw away a perfectly good $700 washer as they recommended.

I wouldn’t leave this company even 1 start but had to to leave this review, they came out about a month ago, looked at my washer and told me that I needed to buy a new washer because my tub needed to be replaced. The water wheel was busted and the cost to fix all of that would cost more than a new one. Turns out my warranty was still good and so dealing with Allstate they sent out someone to fix my washer and all it was was the springs exactly what we thought was wrong with it because it was Off balance. Bobs Took our $88 And fed us a line of bullshit. I would never use this company again! Be careful and always get a second opinion. I sure hope they’re not taking advantage of people like they took advantage of us thankfully, we were smart enough to follow up

I love the fact that calls are returned promptly, appointments are made quickly and they always call before they show up. Mike is kind, professional and very neat while working in your home. Highly recommend!
