We recently replaced the flooring in 3/4 of our home, and Bob’s Carpet and Flooring did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Our sales associate, Randy, managed our entire project and was fantastic—he addressed every question and any issue immediately and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Both installation crews (for the vinyl plank and the carpet) were outstanding. They worked hard, were friendly, and did beautiful, high-quality work. Our home looks incredible, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The service, the product, and the price were all excellent. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend Bob’s Carpet and Flooring to anyone needing new floors.

Go beyond the Big Box Stores! I went to a local Big Box Store to look for new flooring. The salesman did not get out of his chair and pointed me in the direction of luxury vinyl. He then took a phone call and was too busy to answer my questions. So, I drove up the road to Bob's. Joe, the salesman, greeted me promptly when I arrived. Showed me my options and explained the various types and expectations of flooring. He gave me samples to bring home and personally came out to measure the next day. We had a great experience at Bob's Carpet & Flooring in Clearwater. Randy was very helpful and patient with us as we took out every flooring sample they had in the showroom. We also needed the delivery coordinated with our furniture that was being delivered, Randy was very helpful with that as well. Thank you, Randy, for all of your help with picking out our carpet & making the delivery process a smooth one. Instillation went well. The installers did a great job! Looks so good now!!
