Bob's Irrigation & Landscape

We called and set up an appointment for an estimate for our back yard. It took a little time and Janice came out and gave us 2 designs to choose from. When we decided on the one we told Janice, Now the covid 19 is in swing, so the job was delayed but understandable. when Shawn and his crew came out the hit it hard, heat and rain but they pushed thru. During the process i did have some question, But i was patient. Our back yard went from ok to OMG. Even after they where finished a few weeks later i tried to program my sprinkler system(failed). i called Janice and she was out the same day to fix it. i would recommend Bobs to all that ask. we used our back yard before, Now we use it even more, we absolutely love it!!! They did pavers, fire pit and seating, then sodded the back yard and put in

I was truly taken advantage of by Bob. I was told someone would come out and give me an estimate for a small flower bed which already had a sprinkler system. He charged me $83 for 15 minutes. He put one extender on an irrigation piece which cost $12 and said the service charge was $70 . No one asked him to do the work, I just wanted an estimate. I was really shaken when I realized how much it cost me for that. I do not recommend anyone use someone so unscrupulous. They could've at least informed me before he came out, and I certainly would have declined. I have shared this information with the company that recommended his services also.

$70 for This company came out to look at our irrigation system to tell us what we already knew and told them about. They led us to believe the fee was for them to give us an estimate to fix it. When we call to ask the response was "No can't do it it's above my pay grade" Do not call this company unless you only need a sprinkler head changed and you don't mind getting ripped off. They just took the money an ran.

Great service. They put my irrigation system 2 years ago. Had a bad rain sensor and they diagnosed it over the phone. Do all the haters complaining about them charging $70, what do you want them to work for free. I’m happy to pay for great service.

I don't get the bad reviews here... have used Bob's several times over the years, including today to connect an irrigation meter. As always, they showed up on time, did the job neatly and at a fair price. For those who complain about prices, try calling a plumber or some big name company and see what they charge... you may be surprised.
