Great service. He was on time and confirmed ahead of the appointment. After arriving he Identified and resolved the issue quickly. All along the way he told me what he was doing and why so there were no surprises. After everything was complete he made suggestions of future (non priority) work that I should do when I changed appliances and fixtures to ensure everything was safe and I wouldn't have issues.

Abdel with Bola Electric was responsive and very timely in providing an estimate for a variety of electrical work in my house. He was prompt and communicative in his arrival times. Knowing we were on a tight schedule given other work planned and being done at the house, he offered to work over the weekend to complete the items that needed to be addressed, which included investigating a faulty outlet. Abdel was flexible in prioritizing the work to be done and even identified other electrical issues to be addressed, which we greatly appreciated. He was a total pleasure to work with and was reasonably priced. He affably addressed a last-minute request to move an outlet, as he was on his way out the door for the day. His pricing was very fair, and he was incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. He showed great respect for my home, laying down tarps and wearing protective footwear to keep everything clean. Abdel was not only professional but also kind and courteous. The quality of his work was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
