He responded within a day about a real small screen-in project I wanted done. I sent him pictures and measurements and he was able to come out 2 days later and started working on the enclosure. We had a few snags, mainly because my house is made of concrete, but he got it done. He came out every day, minus weekends, and got it done regardless of weather and other snags. In the end, it looks great and his workmanship is of high quality. Polite, timely, determined, skilled, and very fairly priced. I recommend him to anyone who needs an enclosure done. Thanks BCS.

Dylan just finished replacing and repairing our screen enclosure. He was prompt in showing up for the job, polite and friendly while he was here at our home, cleaned up when he was finished for the day and, most importantly, his price was fair and work was flawless. I had called another company that did not show up when they made the appointment to see the screen enclosure and their bid was significantly more than Bold City Screens. Shortly after Dylan finished our job, a tree limb fell thru the metal panel that he had installed the week before. Within a week, Dylan had ordered replacement panels, called to tell me when they would be delivered and what day he would be here to install them. After I initially reached out to Dylan, I found the review from one of his former clients complaining about work not performed. He provided me a copy of a letter from the FL Department of Business and Professional Regulation dated October 30th closing the complaint in his favor, thus I continued my business with him. I am very satisfied with the overall customer service experience as well as his workmanship and materials used. Dylan responded to my inquiries in a timely manner and completed the work in a short timeframe and to my satisfaction. He worked around an obstacle he encountered with my screen replacement due to having paved around it, but he found a solution by employing additional material not quoted before, which he didn’t even want to charge for. Bold City Screens recently completed a total rescreen of our pool enclosure. The owner Dylan gave us a very competitive price which included extras other screen companies did not include. Dylan told us when he would start and complete the project and he stayed on schedule. His work was superb and his helper was clean, courteous and polite. We are very pleased with quality of Bold City Screens work and highly recommend them!

Second time we've used Bold City Screens. In 2017 we had Dylan do a full rescreen of our pool enclosure a year after moving in. The original screen had seen better days and we were please with the work. Recently I reached out to Dylan about three panels that were loose. I inquired about retightening them but that was not possible so I had him replace them. The tapcon screws on the pool cage were very old rusted and some were broken off at the head. This was not something I wanted to tackle myself so I had tapcon replacement ahead of Hurricane season. Tapcon replacement was not cheap but it was something I did not want to tackle on my own. One of the screws since snapped in half, but over all I am please with the work and would recommend Bold City Screens. They were less expensive t
