Bolkema Fuel Company

We have used Bolkema for oil delivery and boiler service for many years now. Whenever we need service on our boiler, which always seems to be after hours, we are quickly connected with a qualified, and capable technician. Greg is usually dispatched. He is friendly, knowledgeable, speedy, and neat. He always explains the issues and what the resolution should be. We highly recommend Bolkema.

Gregg and Dave replaced my circulating pump on one of the coldest nights. I have a very old heating system and the circulating pump was failing. It had stopped working and was leaking. Called Bolkema Fuel after hours and John Bolkema called back immediately. He said he’d have someone come Monday/Tuesday as he’d have to search for the part. Told him there’s no circulating heat (it was 7 degrees outside). He said it can’t wait. Gregg the technician called back just after getting off the phone with John. He had the part. Gregg came and got the part hooked up, then Dave arrived to bled the units. From start to finish it took less than an hour. Super pleasant gentlemen turned a frightening day into a warm cozy evening.

Great company to work with. My emergency fuel delivery came within an hour at a great price!!!! Tim went above and beyond making sure my system was producing heat. I am 💯 switching to this company. Thanks so much.

Called to see if they could service my oil burner and furnace which was originally sold to me by Bolkema. We had no heat in the house and needed help. Was rudely told by the owner that since we don’t buy our oil from Bolkema they would not repair or work our furnace. Very rude and surprising that the owner of a family owned business would refuse to provide a desperately needed service. Called Shotmeyer Brothers and they were more than willing to help irregardless of where we buy our heating oil.
