I recently experienced an issue with my tankless water heater and, while troubleshooting, discovered Titanium Plumbing through the manufacturer’s website. I called and spoke with an advisor who promptly gathered my information and requested photos of the problem. She informed me that she would try to adjust their schedule to have a technician out the next morning. This call took place around 5:30 p.m. Shortly after, she contacted me again to ask if I was available within the hour and advised me to unplug the unit for safety. To my surprise, the owner, Rob, arrived at my home just 41 minutes later. His responsiveness and professionalism were exceptional. Titanium Plumbing went above and beyond to get us a new boiler within a day of us losing heat. Rob came out to look at it on Sunday night and we had plumbers here Tuesday morning putting a new system in for us! Highly recommend them!! Also, they left the boiler room spotless!

I contacted Titanium regarding a leak in my garage. I had a strong suspicion about the source but lacked the physical strength and maneuverability to move the appliance to confirm it. I informed the technician of my suspicion when he arrived. The technician was courteous and professional. After inspecting the area, he indicated he shared the same suspicion but stated he could not guarantee the repair without addressing several additional items in the home. Superb plumbing repair…from 2500 miles away. When my distant Mother-in Law’s boiler got stuck on and wouldn’t go off, Titanium came to the rescue. Scheduled the appointment at night on an Holiday. Our technician, Bill, arrived promptly the next morning and diagnosed the problem quickly. He clearly communicated the proposed repair along with cost. Replacement part was on the truck. They were in and out in less than an hour. Meanwhile, our (former) plumber didn’t answer the phone.

This was my first time using Titanium Plumbing. I found them through a google search for best plumber near me! I called on a Sunday and was able to speak with someone who LISTENED then took my information and scheduled a service appointment. Jason showed up before time, excellent! Looked at my shower head and explained the problem and how to correct. He also provided suggestions around the shower knob but later determined there wasn’t a need to replace. While waiting for the part I asked Jason if he could take a look at the leak in my kitchen sink! Again, took the time to explain the problem and what needed to be done correct!
