Metro NY Insulation

The insulation Metro NY Insulation provided is really great! Very friendly and courteous staff, they worked with us to figure out a good time to do the work, especially when our scheduled day was impacted by the blizzard. Our upstairs rooms are now reading the same temperature as the main floor of the house and the floor is no longer freezing. Thank you guys so much. I've already referred them to one of our neighbors, who commented that you have to look really closely to even see the patching on the walls where they did the holes for the insulation, and this is before painting. Very satisfied.

I reached out to Metro NY for insulation services as my insulation was 30+ years old and crumbling from touch - causing it to be ineffective. Their salesperson Jay explained the whole process of what they will do and what they recommend to improve the insulation. Jay was very kind and extremely easy to work with. The workers were also extremely professional and even helped me with patching up a different small hole close to the hole they had made for their work which I thought was very kind. Overall 10/10 would recommend and would work with them again

I am in the process of having the both attic and basement work. Yesterday two young men arrived to start the attic work. Today they were joined by a third co worker. I was so impressed by their professionalism and delightful demeanor. They worked long, hard hours each day and remained vigilant about containing the work area and being respectful of my home. I worked with Jay at MetroNY insulation to have my attic insulated as well as my garage ceiling. Jay was attentive all our questions and asks, and the team worked diligently to deliver the work on time and on spec. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was very happy with the home insulation services. Things were covered I did not expect such as bathroom vents, recessed lighting, and a cover to the attic opening in addition to the insulation. Other energy saving suggestions were made during the quote which were also very helpful. The technicians were wonderful, they worked very hard, were very respectful of our home (used drop cloths, taped off doorway openings, and cleaned up after themselves), and were very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions. I thought my price was very fair/the best price for the services I received, I would strongly recommend this company.
