Bonded Concrete Inc.

Every time I walk my dog, I'm reminded of the damage done to my property when Bonded did a job across the street. Driver ignored "Private Property" signs, damaged the grass, dumped excess concrete and damaged a trail I maintain, and used my property to clear the chute. When I called them, I was told to send photos and they would take care of it. But, of course, they ignored the email and photos too. For as bad as the driver's actions were, the management is worse for choosing to ignore it.

Driver being absolutely reckless on 87 north almost killed me and my kids. 2:25pm on 1/29 Clifton park area. Swered into the far left lane no turn signal missing my car by about a foot had to slam on my brakes nearly got rear ended.

Concrete delivery was paid and confirmed at 9am for a 3pm delivery. Truck never showed. Chelsea stated they called to confirm at 1130am and got no answer so they skipped our delivery. Stated they would give us a discount. They insisted it was a $500 discount when in reality was $200. Kept getting put on a gerbil wheel on who was responsible. Let 3 messages for Phil Clemente and no call back for a week. Update. Finally heard from them. $150 refund. Brian was sympathetic to the situation.

Driver was 45 minutes late, delivered a hot load, concrete was not in the least bit workable, driver kept apologizing for the "meatballs" coming out of the shoot, concrete was starting to set the minute it hit the ground, called about 6 times now and not one person will return my phone call, apparently customer satisfaction is not a priority of theirs. Wouldn't recommend bonded to anyone.

If you can watch them when they work, do so. Otherwise, they may decide to rinse out their machine in your lawn and leave you with the mess
