Bonnevie was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Randy (owner) met me at the house before we purchased it (most builders will not do this for obvious reasons). The house needed major repairs including new kitchen, baths, floors, doors, etc. Randy provided a detailed proposal outlining all of the work to be performed. We lived remotely while the work was being done and Kelly (office mgr) and Chris (lead carpenter) provided pictures on a daily basis showing us the progress. With a large project there are always changes; Bonnevie quickly understood our questions/modifications and created change orders quickly. The project was completed on time and on budget. Bonnevie construction is fantastic, we had them construct a new gas fireplace in our living room and renovate our master bathroom. The process started with Randy (Owner) who worked with us on the estimate and designs. He was fair, honest and once the project started his team completed on-time and on budget. There were no surprises and the outcome and quality exceeded our expectations. Kelly (office Manager) kept us informed through out the process and was a pleasure to work with and follows up on every request. Our kitchen renovation was a dream come true thanks to Bonnevie Construction. Randy walked us through the process, worked with us on the design and provided blueprints so we knew exactly what to expect. Chris worked with professionalism to the end, addressing our concerns along the way. He did an amazing job!! We love our new kitchen!

Randy and his team did a great job constructing my ADU. From plans to final touches the process went smoothly. Randy makes himself available and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
