We have been so fortunate to be working with CDL construction on our latest project. We have found them hardworking, efficient, timely and personable. We hired CDL to renovate our kitchen, dining room and bathroom recently. Conrad, Ari, and Jackson were great. They transformed our downstairs from an eyesore to an area that we are delighted to live in. Ours was a large renovation with a lot of moving parts. Conrad managed all of the parts and was quick to address any questions we had. Ari and Jackson were delightful to work with, always on time, professional, and they left the project area clean at the end of each day.

Conrad, Ari, and Jackson built out a shed dormer for us that transformed the space above our garage from a room you wouldn't want to be in to a room you wouldn't want to leave. We interviewed a number of contractors and ultimately chose Conrad because he invested the most time in helping us plan out the project and in thoughtfully ensuring that the engineering behind the project was done correctly. That was important to us as taking the roof off our house was a huge project for us even if it was small relative to some of the other projects they do. The CDL team did a beautiful job from start to finish. They finished the project on budget and a month faster than planned. **Edit to my review below** Months later, we discovered that the sewer line CDL replaced was not completely replaced. The last 8 or so feet of the line remained in the ground, with holes. The line backed up into our house and we paid $1000 to have it cleared and camera'd, which is how we learned the project was incomplete.We had to hire another company to complete the job, so I would not recommend CDL. ***Old review*** Conrad & Ari were responsive, fair, patient, and professional. They did exactly what they said they’d do, they did it well, and they left no messes. Super easy to do business with, quality work, and trustworthy. They’re now my go-to contractors.
