Just finished with Boone servicing our well with some pressure issues to the house. There team was able to pinpoint the problem to a blocked valve near the pressure tank and turned into an easy fix with no charge. Going from a trickle to full pressure is fantastic. Great family business, highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

We’ve been having well issues since October (it’s the middle of April). Al Boone keeps scheduling and cancelling since October. He doesn’t call back and it takes forever to get them on the schedule and he cancels without any follow up or reschedule. I do not recommend! UPDATE! They fixed the problem and everything is good to go. It took a little bit to get the job done. They are very knowledgeable.

Pump went out on a Saturday, called one company and he came out the same day but was not able to replace the pump. He recommended Boone's, and gave me their number. I called but got a message that included an emergency number. Called it, Boone answered and said they would be out Sunday, they did, where very efficient, replaced the pump and other parts. I was very pleased with the bill and would recommend Boone's to anyone.

The most honest reliable plumber I have had the pleasure to do business with. He really came through for my family when others tried to take advantage of us. Thank you so much. ❤️

After 3 phone calls and two weeks to get someone to talk to me about drilling a well, Mr. Boone finally came to my home. Said that he would get an estimate to me via email within the next 3 days. Never received emails. Called again and left message. No return call. I guess if they didn't want the job, it would have been more professional to just let me know so that I could make arrangements with another company. Instead, wasted my time. I cannot recommend this service based on professionalism alone.
