We’ve had them service the boiler that heats our house for the last 18 years and they’re phenomenal. They’re kind, efficient, honest, knowledgeable and fair—all for an excellent price!

Just purchased a home that this company serviced their A/C in August 2024. Previous owners gave us all the receipts. Fixed a leak and filled with 14pounds of freon. Charged the owner over $1,500. Zero freon in our a/c unit not even a year later. Had a company come in and tell us it had all leaked out of the hole that was supposed to of been repaired by Borntrager's. Charged the owner over $1,500. He told us that none of his work had a warranty, but he can come back out to fix. Oh, and he left his glasses in the unit. We have them if you have been looking for them. Beware.
