I purchased a brand-new home that was built by Commonwealth Home Improvement LLC in 2021 who hired this contractor to do the flooring. He had came out before and assessed the creaking all over the main floor area that has LVP flooring earlier in 2023. The house wasn’t even 2 years old yet and the Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring was buckling up and separating… Homebuilders & realtors got over on me on so many levels on this house, neighbors have hardwood flooring and don’t have none of the issues we have had. Reached out in August 2023 to see what could be done and to give an opportunity to correct his work, no response. Photos are below…

These guys refinished my hardwood kitchen floors. The additional challenge was to match our den, foyer, & dining room floors. I taught 31 years …am giving them an A++ 💯 ‼️

Am so happy with my new floors. There was new wood install and refinishing existing floors. 2 great crews took care of me. They were both professional and concerned about my satisfaction!!
