I booked this company to clean my 30ft high chandelier in my home, and I am beyond impressed and grateful for their work! They were punctual, very professional from start to finish, friendly, and treated my chandelier like it was a delicate piece of art. Every crystal was sprayed, wiped and taken care of, and by the time they finished, it looked brand new. They protected the surrounding area, worked carefully and efficiently, and explained everything they were doing. No streaks, no fingerprints, no dust left behind. They even removed all the cobwebs on my high ceiling! The difference was unbelievable. We had an extremely unfortunate experience with a portion of the ceiling falling down in our kitchen, so the contractors had to tear the entire ceiling in the kitchen and the living room down and replace it all. The contractors did not cover anything and the entire home became covered in dust from the old insulation and drywall. Falecial and her husband (and their son) did an excellent job at deep cleaning the entire home! I actually was shocked at how great of a job they did. They were also very professional and on time. Very pleasant people! I am beyond satisfied and pleased with their services! We will be booking monthly cleaning services! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Platinum Homes Cleaning. They were able to fit me into their packed schedule kind of last minute (because I’m a slacker) and did a wonderful pre-move in detailing of the home my fiancé and I just purchased. Something about moving into an impeccably clean home just makes me giddy. The company was a referral from a colleague of mine and I have already referred them to another friend who is getting ready to move into her new home as well.
