Greg and his staff bent over backwards to work with us on our pool design and install. During the height of the pandemic when no one else would even take our calls, Greg came to our home multiple times to help us figure out how to design and construct a swimming pool within a small backyard with a ton of difficult setbacks. After the final product was finished he has remained available for questions and help whenever things have gone wrong as we learn how to be pool owners for the very first time. Greg and his team were incredible to work with! From start to finish they handled our pool renovation with professionalism and skill. Our 25+ year old pool was truly brought back to life this summer, and our family couldn’t be more grateful to enjoy it for many years ahead. The only small area for improvement would be a bit more proactive communication during the busiest part of pool season, but we completely understand how high the demand is and how busy Greg is. Even with that, this is by far the best full-service pool company in the area, especially for major renovation projects. Our pool was built last summer (2022). Greg from Keypoint was easy to work with and professional. He was able to help us get out of a bad situation with a previous pool contractor and worked us right into his schedule. We worked together to have our vision brought to light with the entire project. We were swimming by the end of the summer, as promised. We got to fully enjoy the 100% completed project this summer and are extremely happy. Keypoint came back to provide and install a water heater and we look forward to a much longer swim season next summer. We highly recommend Greg and Keypoint Pools.

Keypoint was very responsive. The estimate for the liner replacement was competitive. They performed their work with a focus on quality. When additional issues were discovered that needed repair they where open about the additional costs. Greg brought in extra resources to finish the job on time. Liner looks great.
