I definitely recommend Gentry Wellworks! We had a sudden septic emergency and were in a panic, but they were incredibly flexible and managed to squeeze us into their schedule last minute during the holidays. They were a lifesaver! And what truly set them apart was their kindness and communication. I usually act as the interpreter for my family, as they do not speak English well. There were times when I wasn't available to translate, and the team at Gentry Wellworks went above and beyond to communicate with my family. They were patient, compassionate, and worked hard to make sure my family understood exactly what was happening with the repairs. It meant the world to us that they treated my family with such respect! On top of the amazing service, the pricing was very reasonable/transparent

Gentry has been very professional throughout this whole process. I was on a tight timeline to get an inspection done for a home refinance and they worked me in no problems. The technician made contact prior to arriving and walked me through what he would be doing. Will definitely be using them again in the future for well needs.

The techs arrive on time and were very friendly and professional. They explained every minute as they performed the task what they were doing. Gentry Well works has been exceptional in helping us with our well-related issues. They have come to our home numerous times, most recently during a snow storm, to ensure that we had water. Chris has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The office staff have also been very responsive. I would highly recommend!

This family business is amazing! We have had trouble with our septic the past two days, thinking it was our pump. I called the business and went by, to find they were closed the for the holidays, not sure what we were going to do, I got on FB and found an old post that Allison had listed about hiring, I took a gamble and reached out telling her what happened in hopes she could or knew someone who could help us during this time. She and the boss were on it, even during their time of being closed, they were ready to help. It ended up not needing to come to this, but they were ready and willing. Im so thankful for these two ladies and the men who were ready to come and do whatever was needed to fix this issue. I highly recommend. Thank you, again! Happy New Year!
