Bottini Fuel

Customers Beware!!! Especially the elderly I have been a customer of Bottini Fuel for over a year, and I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. The company requires a credit card to be kept on file and charges over $600 before delivering propane, which I have never been comfortable with. I was also told I needed to wait for a monitor to be put on my tank so they could read the levels, but even after all of that, I still ran out of propane on Tuesday, 12/9. When I called for help, I was told it would cost $170 just for the driver to come out, plus $453 to fill one tank, and additional fees totaling $628. No one ever notified me that my tanks were below 30%, which could have prevented this entire situation. I felt they showed no concern that I had no propane in my home. Because of

I've been using them for about 2 years and first year was great. Second year different story. First year I had a lock in with TCFD. When I went to renew this year and they told me they didnt have a working agreement in Oct of 2025. Of course found out this was a lie. They have a total lack of informing customers when they will charge them for a delivery. Than when they do come to fill I have to beg just to get a decent amount of fuel because they want to fill me tanks half way and say they are "full".Ow and if I wanted to get a call before fills it would be 125 a year. Honestly if I could find a better option ide be calling telling them to pick up their tanks today.

I ran out of propane which was already frustrating, as I think the company should be monitoring; but then it took 17 hours to get a delivery and my house was at 37 degrees. We were lucky not have frozen pipes. Very frustrated as I just switched to this company. I am hopeful this was a rare mistake. I recently purchase a 250 gallon propane tank from Bottini. The installer (George) arrived on time and was nothing short of a true professional. He was knowledgeable about the product and was very easy to work as it pertained to tank location. Overall, I’m very pleased with Bottini from sales to installation and would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been using this company for over 20 years and every year policies change and I’ve accepted them. This year another change, you need to pay for a full tank in advance, if you don’t use a full tank, they will then issue a credit back to your card, which can take up to a week after delivery. Once again, I adhere to their policy, and wait four days for the delivery. The day of delivery I get a phone call from the company, they were unable to locate where the fill valve that goes into my house. I quickly called them back, but was told they would not deliver that day and I should’ve cleared a path on the driveway to the fill valve. Isn’t clearing a path for winter when there is snow on the ground? Did I need to leave breadcrumbs on my driveway for a path? Then I’m told I have to wait anothe
