This company uses bait-and-switch tactics and does not honor its quotes. My move was scheduled for 9:00 AM and I was explicitly quoted for 3 movers and a company truck. Instead, the crew showed up 2.5 hours late with only 2 movers. No explanation, no adjustment to the price—yet I was still charged as if the full quoted service had been provided. Because Precision Moving and Storage failed to send the agreed-upon crew, the move took far longer than necessary. I was then charged for 8.5 hours of labor, even though the extra time was a direct result of them understaffing the job. In other words, they created the delay and then billed me for it. I am writing this complaint or review regarding Precision Moving and Storage for deceptive and unfair business practices. I was provided a quote that outlined a specific level of service, which I relied on when selecting this company. On the day of the move, the services provided did not match what was quoted. Despite delivering less than what was agreed upon, the company increased the final charges. The additional charges were imposed through extended labor time and fees that were not disclosed, discussed, or agreed to in advance. When I questioned these charges, my communications were delayed and I was later given after-the-fact explanations that were never part of the original agreement. This conduct appears to be a bait-and-switch pricing scheme, in which a customer is quoted one level

Horrible. Do not use! Quoted my husband $4000 to move our small house south. Said it would be more to move his motorcycle. Never gave a price on that, which is our bad however, they charged $2500 to put it on the same truck and move it. On our paperwork it has $4000 crossed off, the $5000 crossed off and then totaled $6500. When asked the owner said because it was a liability, which I understand but i called several other places after the fact and was told it should have been $1000-$1300 more not $2500. They hire just anyone, not professional movers. They didn’t pack the truck correctly, just shoved things here and there. Also, they do not tell us what can and cannot be transported until day of move and thankfully my husband had a pickup truck to take what they wouldn’t. When they unpacked

My mover cancelled on me at 6:00pm the night before my move and I panicked! I'm a single mom of 2, with a house fully packed. I called Precision moving company who happened to be available the next morning. They were amazing, and I highly recommend them! Reliable and super nice guys!
