Park Avenue Observatory

I stopped on a whim, and was glad I did! It’s a nice little viewpoint. It was winter when I was there, so lots of bare trees… I’m sure it’s gorgeous during summer or fall.

Amazing view of the whole town into Pennsylvania especially I was here yesterday. I found out about this place from here on google. I took these with my new Canon EOS camera, I got some amazing shots I wanted to also head to Hawks Nest but I didn't have enough time. So I got this beautiful view. Its a really nice place to visit.

Just a stop on the road. Not impressed. Needs upgrade.

This is the beginning of the Delaware scenic drive when you come from Port Jervis. You have perfect views of the town and the industrial section, not so much of nature. Still interesting tho

While traveling it can be so easy to just let the views pass you by without any consideration. Don't let life pass you by, stop here and take a breath, take a break, and let your worries fade away! Great views of the local geography and well kept. This is a nice little stopping point just past Port Jervis. Nothing fancy but it does offer a great view of the bustling metropolis that is Port Jervis. Check it out if you're passing through.
