I called for an estimate on removal of an ash tree and trimming of a soft maple tree on a property that I am in the process of purchasing. The customer service representative that I spoke with was rude and condescending. This job I expect will cost 2K. I know who won't be doing it! I will not be calling back!

We had a very large tree limb break off. I called Boughton and they came out right away. They took care of the limb and even cleaned up the yard. We scheduled for them to return at a later date to take the whole tree down including the stump. It was a VERY tall tree here in town. They did an OUTSTANDING job! Responsive AND professional :-)
