We, at Guardian Industries, lean on Boulter to do all of our rigging and millwright work for a reason. We ALWAYS get professional personnel, and, in a pinch, when "stuff" happens, Boulter works with us to keep our continuous processes running. Most recently we needed to install a 15,000 lb transformer, and on a days notice we had a crew here on Saturday to do that. Outstanding service and professionalism - ALWAYS.

I reached out to Boulter 2 weeks back about some work that I needed quoted in Scottsville, NY. I sent emails and photos as requested for a quote to be supplied and sent another email and voicemail last week asking for the status of my quote. I never received a call back. Today I called again and spoke with Jeff about the status of my quote and he said that no "because no one has arranged for them to do work out there yet" I understand waiting to see if you can do a job check 30 minutes away from your facility by combining it with another job in the area but this a severe lack of wanting to communicate.

I hired Boulter to move 2 printing presses and a paper cutter. They were professional, friendly, and got the job done perfectly. 10/10 would hire them again!

We hired Boulter to unload 4 tractor trails of heavy equipment with unusual sizes. They were punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable of their craft. They were well prepared for several unexpected issues. One easy example, one of our overhead doors was stuck. We had a couple of our local contractors on site attempting to repair it (open it). Boulter jumped right in, took control of the situation, organized the effort and fixed the door permanently. This was definitely outside of their scope, but simply helped everyone in the heat of the moment.
