Nothing but great experiences so far. Ordered carpet and plan to order future needs. Communication and staff was quite helpful and informative. They assisted in the best Kay for carpet with our floor plans. They offer measuring and installation services. They offer nearly everything you need for floors, carpet, laminate, tile, wood, etc.

I was looking for a rug alternative as my needs required customized dimensions. They walked through options and listened to my wants. They were friendly, patient, an extremely helpful. We decided on a carpet remnant, cut to my size, with bound edging. The results were amazing! The staff and owner are all very welcoming. The whole experience was positive, start to finish. If I have any future flooring needs, they will be my one and only choice in Bloomington.

I had the best customer service experience today at Bounds Flooring (1/25/25). I had already done my research and knew which flooring I wanted (COREtec-Wheat Oak), I just needed to get the price of the flooring within my total budget. Salesman Jeremy was able to work with me and deliver on my price point! I am so excited to be upgrading my flooring to such a beautiful product and the ease of acquiring the best deal in Bloomington! Our 1st experience with Bounds Flooring was exceptional. The complete team consisted of: Jeremy, sale rep, Brad for scheduling & rescheduling due to long power outage, and Kevin & his son, installers. They were all amazing, professional, and provided fantastic product and service. Highly recommended for residential carpets.

From the first day that I just went in to browse carpet and get educated on the process (it's been 24 years since I had last had a need to purchase any new carpet) to the installation day, everything was so smooth. Jeremy was very helpful in explaining how everything worked. The estimator was friendly and professional when he came out to measure for a quote. The installer team arrived at the beginning of the time window I was given, completed their job swiftly, cleaned up and were gone in the amount of time that it would have taken me to just think about pulling up the old carpet. This company definitely left a great impression on me and when I am ready to do the next room, I will most certainly be reaching out to them again.
