Boutin & Sons Paving

This was such a great experience and I love our new driveway! They came when they anticipated and did the job unbelievably efficiently and well! It was so neat to watch the removal of the old driveway and the prep for the new one. I only wish I had pics of the crews! I do have some I can post here (I was just so amazed watching, I kept forgetting to take more!) and sent some to them for Facebook since I do not have an account there. They were very personable, professional, patient, went above and beyond, saving my sod to be removed for the back fill (AH!), and were great explaining all to us! Two weeks later, as they said, the second crew came back and paved the driveway. It was impressive how professionals can do this job so well so quickly! Both crews worked like a well oiled machine!

I recently had my driveway done, and I couldn't be happier! The work is fantastic—it looks great. What stood out even more was the customer service. The team was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with everything. I’ve already been telling my friends and family about them and would totally recommend their services to anyone looking todo a driveway. Great experience all around!

I feel a proper review of our experience should cover both the driveway itself and the business side of actually buying that service. First the driveway. We love the driveway. It has a perfect pitch to drain, it is smooth, matches up perfectly to the garage, the front walk and the street. The guys who did the work were professional, they worked diligently. This part of the experience matched the Boutin that everyone raves about. And we also are raving fans of the actual driveway. Now for the business part of the experience. Communications are seriously lacking in many ways. They don't return calls, they are curt when you do speak with them, they do a terrible job at setting expectations on when you might hear next, when they will be there to work. We had our driveway done the end of September. We also added a extension on the side. Look's GREAT!! Boutin & Son's, did a phenomenal job! All the men, were professional, answered any questions, were very courteous & the driveway came out exceptional! Job, WELL done. We did get a couple of estimates & Boutin came out on top! Highly, recommend. In looking @ past reviews, I have NEVER had a problem with customer service, either.
