Bowen's Septic Tank

Third time in my recent memory having Bowen come service our septic. Mom and Dad always used them and we took over when they passed. Anyway the front office is always so kind and pleasant - real love person to talk to! The technicians are intelligent and friendly and they always make sure the property is treated well. Thank you Bowen! Ask for Dillon and Israel if you need a pump and inspection.

Bowen were professionals from the start. From calling and sceduling the dig safe survey to the promptness of their employees arriving on site. Dylan and Israel were great. Constant communication about their arrival then walking me through the whole process. Identified different items in my system and gave great advice for maintenance as well as possible upcoming repairs in the future. Even upsold me on the better-than-rid-x bacteria for my system. Definitely pleased with this experience. Thank you folks.

THIS is the type of communication and trustworthy business model to go by! Bowen did everything including making sure I got the best deal. Didn’t charge me for what I didn’t need. Kept their appointments and repaired my septic fill lines the very next day. I can’t say enough about them! Very good business practice!

Impressive, professional work. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. For the same price still throwing an inspection and advised as to how best to proceed for the future. They made a great effort to replace all the grass as close as possible to home it was before. Professionals in every way. I highly recommend them.
