Bower City Door

I just had Bower city door install a new opener, and rollers on my garage door. Can't say enough about the quality, and professionalism I experienced with them. I would highly recommend them.

I called for a garage door repair right away in the morning. I received a call back in about an hour and explained the situation with chuck. He stated they would probably make it out later in the afternoon that day, but if not that day, for sure the next day. They did not make it same day which is no problem. I did not go to work the next day expecting to have them come. Late in the afternoon I still had not heard anything so I called back just to double check if they would still be making it out. He replied, "not today it'll have to be tomorrow." I stated "tomorrow will not work because no one will be around until tomorrow night."
