Bowers is top notch! I started having issues with my HVAC system overnight and called them at 6a and my call was answered within 3 rings! Received a call back within an hour and was given a time the technician would arrive. Technician arrived early and was very professional and knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything and answer all my questions. And as if that's not enough, he was very gentle, kind and patient with with my dogs who love to jump. This is my second time using Bowers and I'm now a lifetime customer and even signed up for the yearly maintenance plan they offer!

After hearing a disconcerting noise with our heat pump, I called Bower and they were able to get a technician scheduled within a couple of days. Shane came out and checked our system thoroughly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. Because of his customer service, we enrolled in the annual maintenance agreement and will definitely be requesting Shane.

We have been working with Bower Heating & Air for about 15 years now. Started with our work place, our home and now our rental. They have had some great technicians that have come in and out of our home. Cameron has recently done great work for us and we'll continue to use them. Sarah is always so nice and friendly when setting up appointments. Great folks here.

My furnace recently failed and I called Bower for repair. For several reasons, I decided to replace the failed furnace with a new one rather than repairing the old one. I also decided to replace the air conditioner at the same time to avoid any issues due to age of the unit and save some money in the long run. I'm very happy with the service department, sales, installation team, Heil system that was installed and the follow up inspection that was done 10 days after install. I highly recommend Bower Heating & Air Conditioning.
