These guys are professionals. They tried a few quick things to see what the issue was. Figured out what wouldn’t work and explained everything along the way. Came home last night, garage door would not work. Realized chain had come off tracks, and bracket had come loose. Called Bowers this morning, and they were here before 11am. Very nice, courteous and fast in getting it fixed. Will call again when needed and highly recommend to all.
