During the excavation of a community water main, this company caused damage to my property, resulting in the collapse of a retaining wall. I contacted Boyd to request that the damage be repaired, as it occurred as a direct result of their work. The representative I spoke with dismissed my concern and advised me to contact my HOA. When my HOA representative and I reached out together, the company’s owner responded unprofessionally, resorting to personal remarks instead of addressing the issue. He ultimately refused to take responsibility for the property damage. Based on my experience, I would caution others to be mindful of their business practices and exuberant pricing. I would also suggest withholding payment until you are satisfied with the service.

Day before we were set to move in we were told by two different companies our well was dry and we needed to drill a new one. Boyd came out the very next day and cleaned out our existing well, getting us up and running without having to spend the money on a new well! They were professional and pleasant to deal with!

Thanks to Henry for providing guidance on a well issue we were having following a drought, really honest and provided great insight and recommendations. Will be my first call with any well issues going forward and when I need to eventually replace my pump or pressure tank.

This company is extremely professional and fair with the pricing. If you are on the fence about who to use I cannot not stress enough to pick this company. They have been in the business for years. They delivered water to my family right before Thanksgiving weekend without me requesting it. They are kind and do not waste time when it comes to doing the work. This is a hard working crew of people. When drilling my well they moved quickly and their set up was very clean. Go with Boyd !

I can't express enough thanks and praise to Henry and his team! My well was in a very tight, difficult spot to reach and Henry helped me out every step of the way to tackle it even when he was swamped, he squeezed my project in so I can get my new construction project going. He also coached me through the best solution and made it happen. The team were very friendly and respectful. Could not have worked with a better company, absolutely would recommend. A++!
