1 star is generous! Do not under any circumstances hire these hacks. They dug our well 4 years ago and the main water line failed 2 years ago and they would not warranty it. Now, the pressure tank died and took out the pump. We’ve been without water for the last 4 days, have called numerous times with no response. I’ll just fix it myself and not even try and deal with these clowns for the warranty work. Again, DO NOT use these clowns.

I called to schedule a well installation and was told 8-10 weeks. At the 8 week interval called and the owner stated "I don't have you on the schedule." After that conversation I finally was able to get on the schedule for "mid to late September." Needless to say I scheduled someone else and they were able to install. When I called back to see if they would want to do the well pump or septic tank I was told no. Apparently these folks are too busy to care about extra business. I would caution anyone considering to use them not to because they are very unorganized and do not need/care to have your business. If I could give them 0 stars I would...

Mr. John is a great guy. They kept their timelines with me. I was pleased to hear them talk about how they do charity work in third-world countries to provide water for people who do not have access to it. They provided me with a good well that has great water. They went above any and all expectations that I had. I would highly recommend this company for installation of your water well.

The owner was rude and hung up the phone. Next call he told me to find someone else. On waiting list for 4 months.

They never contacted me back after I left messages.
