Really disappointed- probably the least reliable company I have ever dealt with. They came out to look at my hot tub and never called me back- I called 4 times and everytime I get told they will call back yet I never hear back- the the day I need a part and would call me the next day but never do- over 8 texts u responded with owner. To make things worse they have now left my hot tub running for 2 week with a broken computer screen and I live 3 hours away.

Bradley’s Pool and Spa Oak Island NC are amazing! They know their pool science and provide excellent customer service! We have never been pool owners and have had our pool for almost 1 year. Rick and his team/family have helped us tremendously with checking the water and getting /keeping our pool healthy, clean and balanced! They are all so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help! They even “babysit” my pool while gone out of town by keeping it clean and balanced! We are totally impressed!

These guys are great. I would definitely refer them to others.
