Bramlett Heating and Cooling

Today Bramlett Heating and Cooling made a miracle happened for me. I've posted previously for the outstanding work on repairs to my old Goodman furnace but I am compelled to to write again for Livingston County and the whole Bramlett team. I just want to share my appreciation for all the amazing service I received during my installation of my New Lennox furnace. I never thought I could afford this but Nikki did offer ways of great financing. Friendly courteous and patient with me and all my phone calls and emails. The experience went above and beyond my expectations knowing it was a tougher job than most in the small area I had to work with and all of the tear down. Luke as the owner, I must tell you Ryan and Robert were so professional today, very friendly and courteous in my home. Lastly

I cannot say enough good things about this company!! my furnace decided to die on a friday night. I know nothing about heating and cooling, i’m literally just a girl with a toddler trying to survive. Luke came out on Saturday morning and explained everything so well. He wasn’t pushy and gave us a wide variety of options to move forward. I was able to have my new furnace installed today (Tuesday). Robert and Norm came ready to go. They were very polite, didn’t leave my house a mess, and also answered all of my questions. I 10/10 recommend Bramlett to anyone and everyone.

We called with issues with our boiler late at night. Honestly, we called multiple companies and this was the only one that had a person answer the phone with the emergency number. Even though we live a bit out of the way they still were able to get someone out to us. Technicians were very knowledgeable and able to temporarily restore heat. We ultimately decided to get a new boiler which they were able to schedule promptly. Overall I am very pleased with the service. All members were respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Bramlett installed a combo boiler in my home December of 2021. They just charged me $2700 to repair it. It took them 3 days. Now he is saying these boilers-Navien are junk. I had another company come out and check over the install and they found multiple issues with the install. I confirmed with Navien that the issues were real. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I felt they did not know what was wrong so they just kept replacing things till they got to the problem. That’s why it took so many hours.

I have used Bramlett in the past and also today with my furnace issues . I have always had always a great experience with their professionalism and rates. Ryan the technician today that was out at my house went above and beyond with the questions and concerns I had with my furnace . He was very patient and very professional and I would recommend Bramlett to anyone who's looking for services. And ask for Ryan
