My wife and I used this plumbing service because we had a few plumbing problems not big but needed attention. We made an appointment and two gentleman showed up. They “ on “ took care of the problems in 45 minutes. My wife still could not turn on the cold water and the warm water faucet leaked. I ordered new faucets that were too small which I didn’t know until one of the employees came and told us it was too small and left after 5 minutes. I ordered new faucets. My wife called to make an appointment to have the new faucets installed. She was told this is what you get when you order from Amazon. They didn’t offer to order new faucets for us. Quick and efficient water heater installed right when they said it would be coming. We had no issues at all and they even let you pay through Venmo which is another huge plus. We will be using them again in the future for sure!

Brandon was highly recommended by a trusted friend. He did not personally do the work at our house; instead a man and a young kid came. When I opened the door the man asked, “is this the house?” Didn’t identify himself or ask my name. They replaced our kitchen faucet, a bathroom faucet & 2 toilet handles. They were also to repair a leaky set tub faucet. Hour & a half later they were done & presented a bill for nearly $700, not itemized but just a general description of the work. Soon found out the set tub faucet was not fixed & in fact leaks worse than before. There’s no evidence they did anything to it. I will not call them to return & fix the faucet because frankly I don’t trust them to do it. Very disappointed & cannot recommend them.

Brandon and team replaced a toilet for me in our downstairs bathroom. He told me exactly what brand of toilet I should get and also fixed my wax seal and cracked floor flange. Pricing was fair and equitable and communication was easy and timely. Highly recommend.

Brandon Kristel came recommended to me by Chas. Burch Supply. He responded within 20 minutes of my call. He arrived earlier than he had predicted. Once here, he diagnosed the problem, ran out for needed supplies, returned to fix broken pipes under my kitchen sink, did simple fixes for two toilets' low flushing problems, and discussed what I needed to do for a broken shower stall. In less than an hour and a half, he solved what for me had been 3 headaches. And his price was too reasonable: $171 I would so recommend him to anyone needing plumbing help. And I feel at ease if I need plumbing help in the future.
