They DESTROYED my home within 2 minutes of being there. They arrived 2 hours late. Broke my window screen, then after being warned about the fire pipes at least 5 times, fell on one and broke it open within 2 minutes of being in the attic. Never even blew any insulation. The guy who did it was sick and the boss told him to go into work anyway. He said he was rushing and that's why he tripped on his own hose. I've been bouncing around hotels for a month, cleaning up their mess, spending so many hours on fixing this all because they sent a sick worker who wanted to rush through a job. I called them to talk with them and they wouldn't speak to me. They directed me to their insurance who is refusing estimate claims. I will be months out of a home. I suggest you hire anyone else.

He answered all my questions knowledgeably quickly and professionally. he knew exactly what I was talking about right off the . customer service was amazing from this gentle glad to see they're still family own businesses doing amazing work out there thank you Tim for all your help!!! My message was lost the first time I contacted them, 2nd try got an appt which went great, fair price, clear explanations and professionalism from Ken. Then when I wanted to book - Ken and project manager went silent. Christine (front desk agent) was the only person that would communicate with me but the project manager wouldn't return any of my calls, which were many. Gave them a month to communicate before moving on. Giving 2 stars because the price was excellent and I believe Christine really tried to make someone communicate with me. However, it had been explained to me in the beginning that they were having to contact temp agency workers to complete jobs. They were on time, very polite and honest. My house took less insulation then originally guessed. I do recommend getting a written estimate. I would recommend using them if you don't plan to use your utility rebate. I had the work done Dec 3rd and ended up having to drive to the office today 1/8/21 for my receipt. I had called 6 times requesting it. I don't understand why it's so hard to get a receipt for $450.00 of services paid for. That's why I have adjusted my review.

Ken Michael is a terrible rep for this company. Came out and did the inspection and very thoroughly explained, however, that is where the "service" ended. I was told I would have a quote the next day. I had to call several times to finally get a quote several weeks after the inspection. Once I received the quote it was incorrect and I had several questions. I emailed a number of times with questions and asking when we could get set up to have new insulation put in our home and never got a response. I finally had to call and he had no apology from the receptionist after explaining nor did I get one from Ken. His excuse was "I get a lot of emails it is tough to keep up". Good lord who doesn't get a lot of emails? He is in sales it is his job. Anyway, I would stay away if ken is your
