Great company to work with in replacing our cedar shake roof. Brian's responsiveness and knowledge were key to winning the bid (along with competitive pricing). The Braswell team were on time and completed the job in one day versus the 3-5 day timeframe we were getting from some of the other contractors. He stayed all day with the crew and made sure the clean up was better than he found it.

Braswell Construction did an excellent job on my roof. From start to finish, Brian was prompt, conscientious and on top of the project. He monitored the roofing install from start to finish, carefully explaining the roofing process and terminology. Brian stayed in contact while I was getting estimates, coordinated with the insurance adjuster, and arranged logistics for all materials to be onsite and ready when needed. He even ensured my flowers and bushes were not damaged and antenna reinstalled and adjusted. After completion of the job, all nails were picked-up and work site was left clean. Brian kept all promises the he made and assured labor and manufacturer warranties were handled.

During an inspection while selling my home in Conyers, it was noted there were damaged shingles on my home. Brian from Braswell Construction Group was recommended to inspect the roof for any repairs that were needed. He completed a thorough review of the roof and recommended that I file a claim with my insurance company as there were signs of wind and hail damage. He assisted with the claim and even met the adjuster to ensure the claim was properly documented and approved. The roof was completed on time and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend Braswell Construction Group if you are in need of a new roof.

We were recommended Braswell for a roofing refresh in conjunction with the sale of our home by our realtor. Brian Braswell set us up with the roof maintenance package to meet our buyers requests. The roof maintenance package took care of the damaged shingles, nail pops and pipe boots that came up in our inspection. They were able to schedule quickly to keep our closing on time. The repair tech arrived early to make sure he was ready to work when it came time. So easy to work with Brian. His communication was quick and answered any question that came up in the process. I enjoyed working with his so much and would absolutely use Braswell again for repairs or full replacement.

Braswell did work for me on two projects, my personal home and a chapel in North GA, and I couldn’t have been more happy with the quality of work and the professionalism of the team. On time and on budget is a rare thing these days but they pulled it off!
