Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning

I have been working with Bratcher since 2019 when the company installed a new furnace and air conditioner. The company has serviced my HVAC system every year since then, twice a year. Their workers are prompt, professional, and we especially love John who is very nice to my dog Who barks all the time. 😀 Overall,I feel very confident in the work that these professionals do in my home.

Late Friday ‘no heat’ service call that ended up being bad batteries in the thermostat, duh. Tech was at the house within 45 mins. of my call. Took him 2 mins to confirm and fix, then called it a no charge service call. Bratchers has been really solid to work with across installation, annual plan membership calls, and now ‘emergency’ service.

Bratcher did a great job with our HVAC installation. The technicians were punctual, knowledgeable and always cleaned the work area at the end of each day. I would recommend Bratcher without hesitation.

We had a very pleasant experience with Bratcher! The representative, Jonathan Cummins, was responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He provided us with three reasonable quotes and thoroughly explained what we could expect.

Not only did John do a fabulous job figuring out our hvac issue and quickly resolving it, he helped us look for our cat when we found an open door and feared she'd got out. John drove around the block and then followed up with us 15 minutes later to verify that we had found her. We did.
