Our HVAC system went out, and we contacted our home warranty company, AHS. We have used Brauers in the past and requested them as our contractor. They came out and informed us that we would need our entire unit replaced. Once our unit was ordered and delivered, we received a next day service appointment for installation. We are pleased to say they installed everything in a few hours, and we couldn't be more pleased with the professional experience from a great team to include dispatch. We highly recommend them if you want the job done RIGHT! I will refer friends and family in the future. Thank you from the USCG Veteran family for such an outstanding job!

Brauer’s was commissioned through our home warranty for a total replacement of our hvac system, had we had to choose a company ourselves, we would have NEVER chose this company. Not only did they give us the run around for months with varying information every time we called, they damaged personal property and made empty promises to make it right. Our air handler is located in our laundry room where we had our brand new washer and dryer (not even 2 weeks old) I made sure to put thick blankets over both machines to ensure they wouldn’t be scratched. I went into the laundry room half way through the job to see that they had lifted up both blankets and exposed both machines, so I quickly dropped the blankets back over them hoping I caught it in time. This company was contracted by my home warranty to look at an hvac issue. They came out the first week of July. They determined a part needed to be replaced and they told me they would order it and come back out and replace it. They did not return until the middle of August. When they can out they put one of the new parts in the outdoor unit and they went in the attic to put the other new part in the air handler. They left the attic open for hours and never said anything. I went outside to find them in their truck with the windows up and ac on. They said they did not have the right part for the air handler. They said they were looking for it and would let me know. After another hour or so I went back out and they said they could not locate the part so they would have to take the n

Brauer's Mechanical hired Tidewater Air Balance for two projects and did not pay invoices after services were satisfactorily completed. A warrant in debt was filed and judgement was awarded. Collections now seeking garnishment. update 6/18/25 - Still have not received notice of any payment towards judgement.

These guys are terrific people who have been to our house several times. The owner Craig has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is good and has come to our home himself and replaced our thermostat. He has a great attitude and personality. We really appreciate all the hard work and extra care we feel this company gives. We also want to say Dave is such a nice guy and always friendly and explains everything so well. We would definitely recommend this business to anyone that wants honesty and great performance from a well respected business.
