I want to thank Ian and Robert for helping Libbie and I find our drain clean out. We knew approximately where it was but just couldn't find it. We dug in our front yard for hours looking. Libbie decided to call Public Works for help. Ian and Robert were there in 20 minutes. They checked the city cleanout and it was clear. Rather than washing their hands of our problem, they gathered a few tools from the truck and joined our search. 30 minutes later they found our clean out buried 12 inches below an Azalea! We are very grateful for Ian and Robert's help, you guys are the BEST!
Picked up a huge pile of branches vines etc on front yard.
