Mares Exterminating

I just realized that we've never given a proper thanks to Bruce of Mares. We've requested that he be our sole technician, because of his professionalism, prompt arrival and pleasant demeanor while servicing our home. We hope he remains with Mares for many more years, and continues to give us the comfort of knowing the job has been done right. Initial Treatment Rating: Bud did an excellent job on the initial pest treatment earlier this week. The administrative staff over the phone were professional and efficient in answering our questions. Their prices were very competitive. On site, Bud took time to carefully (and expertly) answer our questions and he considered our wishes in the treatment work with a real service mentality. As a company, they have developed a process that minimizes/avoids indoor spraying and instead focuses on creating an outdoor barrier, this approach minimizes chemical exposures to occupants, something we really appreciated. We have been working with Mares for over a decade to keep the ants out of the house. They've done a great job with the monthly contract. But they just recently went above and beyond. We had a fruit fly invasion in our house. They were able to remove all the fruit flies within a couple of days using their special traps. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY HOUSE LIVABLE AGAIN. We've had Mares as our service provider since we moved to the area in November of 2020 Jesse has been our technician the entire time. They've provided great quarterly service, while consistenly being responsive. Our tech, Jesse, is the face of the organization, in my opinion. He's polite, friendly, & completely reliable. He's always either on time or a few minutes early & together, we've all but eliminated the hated palmetto bugs from our home! This is particular triumph for me because, coming from Baltimore, I've never before had to contend with these awful creatures. Thank you, Jesse!!

We have been using this company since we bought our home. Jesse in Chesapeake has been our Technician for the last 6 years. He is always on time, polite, informative and kind. If I have questions, he is always patient and answers all of them without making me feel like a bother.
