My kitchen sink clogged over the weekend. I called Max on Sunday evening, and, unlike other plumbers claiming "24/7 availability", he actually took the call and was available to come early on Monday. He did a great job fixing it, and he also explained in great details what was wrong with my drain. He courteously replied to all my questions. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend using Bravo. Max is phenomenal. He and his team do great work and are very fairly priced. They came out to repair a burst pipe and got me in on a very packed day when the easy thing for them would have been to push me off until the next day. They are definitely willing to go above and beyond for their clients.

I needed a shut off valve replaced immediately as I had shut off the water to the house. Bravo was not my initial choice as I never heard of them. I called, but didn’t leave a message. Not long after, Max called and said they would be right out. This was around 6:00 pm. They came, fixed the problem, water back on. I can’t thank Max and his son enough for getting me out of a pickle I created. Reasonable, punctual, and courteous. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Guys!!!

I called on a Sunday with an urgent issue, and the plumber came out right away. He did his best to fix the issue but it turns out a specialized piece of equipment was needed. He didn't charge me anything for his visit depsite the labor he had to do and was so helpful. He educated me on the problem and I was so grateful for their customer service. I will use them from now on.
